Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Nu Skin to cover for a leave of absence of 8 months. In this role, you will support the team in managing our Website and Apps platforms across Europe and Africa, spanning a staggering 50 markets and language versions. If you have an education background and interest in Digital Marketing, you might be the interim we are looking for!

Key responsibilities

Being a Digital Marketing Specialist includes the following responsibilities:

Content Management: You'll follow up on internal web content requests and work your magic in creating, maintaining, and updating website and Apps pages in our CMS systems, making sure Product Pages, Landings, Editorials, Navigation, and more are nothing short of extraordinary. Platform Advocate: Be the voice of our Platforms Team during multifaceted projects that require collaboration across departments. You'll be the glue that holds everything together by coordinating implementations, approvals, translations, and testing processes.  Driving Growth: Support Europe & Africa Business RoadMap by leveraging your digital expertise to help chart a successful course.  Quality Assurance Champion: Ensure a top-notch user experience by performing quality assurance, meticulously testing our platforms' key functionalities. You'll collaborate closely with IT, MasterData, Customer Service, and Global teams to resolve issues and report on QA testing results, actions, and progress.Continuous Improvement: Always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance our digital offerings, you'll proactively identify potential improvements and bring them to life.Data-Driven Decisions: Contribute to the team by assisting with digital marketing analysis and crafting communication strategies that resonate across all our platforms.   

Your profile

Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus.Having experience in working with CMS systems is a plusStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
 Keen eye for detail that ensures the precision and quality that sets our brand apart Pursuing a bachelor/master’s degree in (digital) marketing, communications, or another relevant fieldBasic knowledge of UI/UX principles adds an extra layer to your skillsGood understanding of Google Analytics and SEO.Ability to analyse data and data-driven decision-making (as a plus)A previous similar experience would be considered as a plus
 If you've worked with Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint, that's a definite plus
