Description Digital Marketing Specialist (This role requires working on-site in Downtown Minneapolis four days per week.) We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics aligned with brand standards, managing our social media presence, creating engaging content for both print and digital platforms, and collaborating with a supportive and innovative team to execute marketing strategies effectively. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create and design graphics that adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Social Media Management: Oversee the organization’s social media accounts, strategizing and implementing campaigns to increase engagement and audience growth. Content Creation: Write and develop content tailored for print and digital marketing, including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and advertisements. Collaboration: Work closely with a talented team of marketers to brainstorm ideas and achieve overall marketing goals. Brand Communication: Maintain a cohesive and impactful brand voice while adapting content to specific audiences and platforms. Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency in graphic design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong knowledge of social media and best practices. Excellent writing and editing skills for both print and digital mediums. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. A collaborative mindset with an ability to contribute to team projects and campaigns. Experience working within the legal industry is highly preferred. Work Schedule: This position requires four days of on-site work each week in Downtown Minneapolis.
