Axos Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support content-driven affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. This role will play a critical role in developing partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring scalable, data-driven growth.The ideal candidate will have experience in content marketing, affiliate partnerships, and/or influencer collaborations and be comfortable working in a data-driven environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to execute campaigns that align with Axos’ acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content-driven affiliate partnerships, integrating life-stage marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisitionIdentify, onboard, and optimize new content partners that align with Axos' business objectivesTrack, analyze, and optimize content placements to improve conversion rates and CPA efficiencyAssist with building and executing a scalable influencer marketing strategy, securing high-impact influencer partnerships to drive brand credibility and new customer acquisitionDevelop performance-driven campaign strategies, briefs, and messaging guidelines for influencer collaborationsTrack campaign performance, engagement rates, and conversion data to optimize influencer effortsSupport budget tracking, contract negotiations, and ROI analysis to maximize the efficiency of influencer partnershipsUse Google Analytics, web analytics, and affiliate tracking platforms to monitor campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and scaleCollaborate with internal teams to refine creative, messaging, and targeting strategies based on data insightsWork cross-functionally with the affiliate, paid media, and product marketing teams to integrate content and influencer efforts into broader acquisition strategiesSupport the scalability of content and influencer marketing efforts, ensuring repeatable, data-driven successSupport the implementation a comprehensive Referral Program strategy, including “Refer a Friend” initiatives through in-app, website portal, and broader affiliate/influencer marketing effortsMonitor and optimize the performance of the Referral Program, analyzing key metrics such as referral rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costsCollaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of referral features within the app and website portalCreate and manage promotional materials and campaigns to drive awareness and participation in the Referral ProgramProvide ongoing support and communication to referral partners, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to effectively promote the programEnsure all content and influencer marketing initiatives align with Axos’ brand guidelines and regulatory requirementsSupport ad hoc digital marketing projects as needed to help meet acquisition goalsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or influencer marketing; agency experience is a plus
Experience supporting high-budget digital campaigns ($1M+ annually) is a plus
Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term strategy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven track record of managing projects independently
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, technologies, and marketing trends
