About You:
The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for leading and owning all digital marketing channels. You will drive impactful strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and maximize ROI. This includes managing all paid digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms, while identifying and implementing future opportunities. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, social media advertising, and programmatic.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign creative aligns with brand standards and business outcomes.Drive a test-and-learn mindset by experimenting with strategies, platforms, and tools to push digital marketing performance.Data-Driven Decision Making:Establish and monitor KPIs for all digital channels, providing insights into metrics such as ROI, conversions, and customer lifetime value.Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, refine strategies, and improve campaign effectiveness.Leverage analytics tools to assess attribution and cross-channel performance.Budget Management:Manage and allocate budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while achieving ROAS targets.Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align strategies with company-wide goals.Partner with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns and drive performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (essential requirement).At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media (essential requirement).Expertise in managing paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) (essential requirement).Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines (essential requirement).Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill data into actionable insights for executive audiences (essential requirement).
Pay & Perks:
Compensation range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
