Type: Contract Job Title: Demand Generation Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote) Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $25-26.50 Work Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as: A customer-first mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving digital strategies. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an attention to detail in all aspects of digital marketing. Proven ability to drive results and report on key campaign metrics. Description The Demand Generation Digital Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the Digital Demand Generation team, supporting the development of compelling digital stories and executing omni-channel digital strategies. This role will focus on email and social media campaigns, working closely with regional marketing teams to build and maintain an effective digital editorial calendar. Key Responsibilities: Digital Project Management: Manage digital campaigns from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders across the global marketing organization using platforms like Workfront. Email Marketing: Execute scheduled and ad hoc promotional emails using Marketo and Stensul, and recommend strategies to optimize email lists with ZoomInfo and Salesforce. Digital Advertising: Develop, edit, and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Google, Microsoft), balancing business objectives with customer needs to create impactful campaigns. Reporting & Accountability: Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on insights. Special Projects: Contribute to and support additional marketing initiatives as they arise. Requirements: Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Platforms: Experience with email marketing and social media management tools like Marketo, Sprinklr (or similar). Content Creation: Ability to write and create compelling messaging for various audiences, with a focus on customer needs. Storytelling: Experience using words, images, and/or video to craft engaging content. Adaptability: Ability to pivot and adapt strategies as digital trends evolve. Strong Editor/Proofreader: Excellent attention to detail with superior organizational skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desired/Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms. Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools. Knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AEM). Understanding of database management. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for technology and digital marketing trends. Additional Information: No third-party resumes will be accepted.
