The right candidate is responsible for supporting both sales and marketing end users on all Digital Marketing technologies, processes, campaigns, and analytics. The Digital Support Marketing Specialist will also help all sales and marketing end users build campaign strategies to help drive and improve traffic and lead generation. This position supports and administers all marketing technologies across the organization.

Administer user accounts for all enterprise marketing applicationsProvide phone, online and occasional in-person support to end users on a variety of digital marketing related issuesDocument and track the details of the problem, both status and resolution, within the supported toolFollow through and communicate with the user while working the problem and ensure successful and timely completion of the problemParticipate in focus groups to enhance existing applicationsDocument new features and/or needs from the business that need to be applied to applicationsAid with training end uses on all digital marketing applicationsAssist with training documentation on all digital marketing applicationsAssist both the corporate team and end users with web design, HTML code edits and photo enhancement tasksSupport users of the DHI website CMS, CRM, Google Analytics and AdWords, and all Enterprise Marketing TechnologiesUsing Google Analytics, maintain and report on site’s overall domain, as well as individual market reports, as needed.
