Digital Markets - FICC ETF Product Manager - Vice President

Digital Markets within CIB Markets is responsible for driving digital transformation across asset classes, focusing on innovative client facing execution solutions, distribution of electronic pricing, algo execution, workflow automation, and leveraging client and market intelligence to boost revenue and market share for the business.

 

Job summary:

As a Vice President within Digital Markets Product Manager for FICC ETFs (Fixed Income Credit, Rates & Commodities Exchange Traded Funds), you will partner with Automated Trading Strategies, Trading, Sales and Technology to identify and implement electronic solutions for clients, sales and traders. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit and significant interaction with e-trading technology, sales and trading teams in a fast-paced trading floor environment, with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence change across the organization. The role may further expand into Digital Assets and Digital Asset ETFs, subject to internal and regulatory approvals.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales, trading, digital markets and technology partners to implement electronic solutions for quote distribution and algorithmic executionBuild client facing execution tools on JPMorgan Markets (Execute) in collaboration with product and technology teamsExecute business plans across primary exchanges, client facing venues and direct APIGather client feedback, understand market changes and identify digitization opportunitiesWork with legal, compliance and control officers on implementation of deliveriesProvide technical leadership to build scalable frameworks across FICC productsBalance cost vs. benefit of technology solutions and drive prioritization and adoptionDrive and articulate product strategy and promote it with sales, clients and tradingPromote workflow automation and develop strategies for adoption using data-driven analysis
