Key Responsibilities:
Google Platforms Management: Oversee overall performance within Google’s portfolio (Search, Programmatic, YouTube, etc.), while managing vendor relationship to maximize results.
Campaign Monitoring: Regularly analyze campaign results, metrics, and budget performance. Provide strategic insights to enhance effectiveness and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, Regional Business Units (RBUs), brand teams, and peers.
Testing and Innovation: Foster a strong testing mentality by developing projects and market tests to enhance brand knowledge and performance. Manage the testing budget allocated by the RBU for special projects.
Creative Impact Tracking: Assess the impact of creative assets on media performance and optimize accordingly.
Guideline Adherence: Ensure compliance with established search guidelines and implement recommendations from the RBU team to maintain best practices across campaigns.
Strategic Development: Collaborate in building effective media strategies that align with brand objectives.

You are a proactive learner with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of key areas such as digital media, performance media buying, SEO insights, Google platforms, consumer-oriented projects, and content management. Your technical expertise in media management and data analytics drives a continuous learning loop. You excel in managing and interpreting data, utilizing tools to access, organize, manipulate, and present insights effectively. As a strong communicator, you thrive in collaborative environments, working across functions to achieve shared goals.

Job Qualifications
Digital Media Sr Analyst - Requirements:
A BS/BA or MS/MBA in Business/Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
Relevant experience in media/marketing technology;
Proficiency in English;
Experience with Google´s Platforms (Youtube, DV360, Programmatic, Google Analytics and Google Ads);
Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools such as Power BI;
Understanding of Media Tags and their operation;
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to leverage storytelling to influence decisions;
A strong collaborator with a passion for winning and a team-oriented mindset;
Strong operational discipline;
Experience with Vendor Relationships;
