Job Description
Reporting to Senior Paid Media Director , you will create impact within our Paid Search Team, in the Paid Media Capability. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth and the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in executing all forms of Paid Search. We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our global team .
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Provide support and collaborate with local and international teamsNurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliersOversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs.Managing and monitor the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standardsCollaborate with Media Strategy and Client Management teams to drive innovative solutions for our clientsAchieve continuous improvement by proactively assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methodsTake ownership for the paid media team's development needs, ensuring that each team member has a training and personal development plan with regular feedback sessionsEnsure that the performance and conduct of the paid media team is in line with Jellyfish business processes and procedures.Uphold the company's position and integrity at all time, particularly within the realms of confidentiality and discretionMaintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all emerging formats, technical solutions, and initiatives.QualificationsFluency in English and Korean required8-10+ years' experience in digital marketing paid media management.Demonstrated experience effectively leading a paid media / digital marketing team, including management of direct reportsAn in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Search, including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, and NAVER Search Ads.Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics requiredDemonstrated expertise in NAVER Search Ads & NAVER Shopping requiredSkills using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredExperience with Paid Social ad management across Meta, Kakao, TikTok, LinkedIn preferred, but not requiredNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
