Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Digital Media Performance Analyst to lead the launch and ongoing optimization of Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) programmatic and social media campaigns. This role involves coordinating campaign setups, ensuring timely launches, optimizing performance, troubleshooting, and meeting client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Analyst will also support the Sales and Account Manager with client deliverables and day-to-day campaign management, including reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

Main Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Coordinate the setup of DMO campaigns with clients and internal Ad Operations staff to ensure timely and quality launches.

Oversee campaign setup in platforms, including implementation of client creatives, trackers, tags, and automated reporting.

Provide post-launch assistance to ensure assets comply with site specifications and function properly.

Actively monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with client KPIs.​

Client Support:

Support Sales and Account Manager with renewals, onboarding new clients, and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.

Collaborate with the Account Manager for ongoing campaign management and ad-hoc reporting.

Produce client deliverables, including reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.

Strategy and Optimization:

Monitor market insights to develop strategies and scale campaigns.

Ensure all digital media best practices are implemented.

Collaborate with the Account Manager and Strategist to identify and implement opportunities for campaign improvement.

About the Ideal Candidate

BA or BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.

Experience in managing and optimizing paid programmatic display advertising.

Experience in a digital marketing agency managing client relationships is beneficial.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other European and Arabic languages are beneficial.

Experience with Google Marketing Platform, proprietary Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and paid campaigns attribution tasks.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Analytical skills, creative thinking, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt and perform well in a dynamic work environment.
