We are seeking a strategic and motivated Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to support the development and maintenance of a suite of analytics solutions related to our digital media efforts including attribution, measurement, experimental testing, budget optimization, scenario planning and forecasting.
As the Digital Media Senior Analyst, you will partner with Enterprise Marketing and Product Marketing Analytic Leads to identify business problems, clarify analytic objectives, establish priorities, create analytic roadmaps, identify data needs and analytic solutions, drive and execute analyses, package and present insights, and work with our media agencies to implement recommended solutions. You will integrate data across agencies and platforms, tying digital media impressions, clicks and costs to application and account conversions across Consumer Lending businesses. You will partner with the Business Intelligence team to design and develop dashboards that report on the performance of digital media BAU campaigns and Pod-based tests.
Primary responsibilities include:
Partner with marketing stakeholders and marketing analytics partners to understand key objectives and business requirements, predominantly for Consumer Lending LOBs.Assess and compile available data for analysis, set up regular data feeds with agencies, manage and QA data for paid and owned digital media, and develop/maintain the methodology for stitching and summarizing multiple data sources.Work with the Digital Media Analytics Lead to design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive and robust attribution solution that measures the performance of our digital media investments.Support Enterprise Marketing stakeholders with budget optimization, scenario planning, forecasting, diminishing return analyses, experimental testing, measurement, and optimize digital media spend in-flight and post campaign to improve conversions and ROMI.Design and develop digital media performance reports and dashboards, define and document KPIs, and partner with the Business Intelligence team to implement, productionize and QA/QC dashboards. Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital media efficiency and provide actionable insights and recommendations, measuring them on the backend to demonstrate the value in terms of profit. Document and communicate technical/analytic results, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.Support Digital Media Analytics Lead and other members of the Marketing Optimization team with data wrangling, summarization, attribution, measurement, forecasting, optimization, ad hoc analytics, insights generation and recommendations.Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience in quantitative analytics including marketing analytics, financial modeling, applied statistics, or equivalent.3+ years of experience in Python and/or related programming languages.Strong skills in SQL and Tableau; Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, and/or Google SA360/DV360/Campaign Manager/GA360 preferred.Expertise in data wrangling, analysis, mining, forecasting, visualization, and storytelling.Experience with marketing, especially digital media - SEM, Display, Social, Digital Video, Streaming Audio, Owned Digital and Email.Expertise with attribution models, advanced analytics, predictive models, experimental design, and optimization.Experience or exposure to data and analytics in Banking and/or Financial Services industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills required with an ability to successfully communicate analytic results, insights, and resulting business implications to non-technical business partners.Strong sense of ownership, relentless curiosity and self-driven approach to problem solving.Demonstrated ability to execute complex analytical projects.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues who have a background in statistics, database development/maintenance, and technology.Experience working on Agile teams preferred.Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, data science, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative field required; Advanced degree preferred.Hours and Work Schedule:
