**Description**
**Role Purpose**
The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for managing & categorizing products on the site, provide merchandising suggestions based on customer experience in order to enhance the overall customer/user experience of the website. He/she will work closely with the trading, e-commerce, and brand teams to coordinate merchandising plans, insights and trading strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with online trading manager, content specialist, e-commerce co-ordinator & brand teams to manage product onto the site, develop merchandising strategies per category/brand, and execute sales & promotional plans.
+ Collaborate with online trading manager, brand, and design teams to share key merchandising insights, and compare these insights with consumer experience.
+ Provide merchandising suggestions based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals, and initiatives; to achieve growth in revenue, site conversion and average order size, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery and content.
+ Manage the day-to-day trading of a category/categories, including maintenance of Category Landing Pages and other relevant real estate sites.
+ Handle the categorization of range, creating new categories, and visual merchandising of pages. Implement the trading strategy for his/her categories in conjunction with the Trading Manager & Brand team(s).
+ Review merchandise report on a daily basis, and ensure product is categorized & day to day checks of categories Work closely with the Trading Manager and Senior Trading Manager to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans.
+ Monitor site Search and navigation on the site routinely, ensuring that it is fully optimized in order to improve customer experience, whilst understanding the commercial impact of improvements and suggestions.
+ Enhance the customer experience aspect of the website by using the tools available, and make suggestions for improvement when applicable.
+ Monitor competitors’ activity to understand current trends, pricing & promotional strategies, and explore ideas & improve
+ Setting up promotions in line with commercial calendar
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
+ 2-3 Years of experience in digital merchandising or similar roles, Experience in the fashion/retail industry is a plus
+ Fluency in English
+ Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus
