This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing digital initiatives. The specialist will support the digital team in driving innovative campaigns, content creation, and enhancing our digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, messengers, professional channels). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with the team to help create content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. Help maintain the company's digital assets, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant. Participate in cross-functional projects to support digital transformation initiatives within the company. Stay up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement and recommend improvements to the digital marketing processes and strategies. Basic Qualifications & Skills: Relevant experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, digital transformation, or related fields Experience in RX pharmaceutical marketing is highly appreciated Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (metrics, trends, UX design, Customer Experience) Fluency in both Czech and English languages Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and campaign management Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret campaign performance metrics Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of marketing tools like Adobe Analytics, Figma, or content management systems is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What we offer?
