Job Title: Digital Operator Finish Location: Clarksville, TN Shift: 2nd Shift   Job Summary: The Finishing Operator may be responsible for working in the Card Cell or Book Cell and know multiple functions (e.g. Book Prep, Shrinkwrapping, Quality Control, Central Sort, Card Sorting, Card Assembly Screen, Fulfillment, etc.).  They may also run a piece of equipment such as the Super Sticker, BQ470 Perfect Binder, SmartSlitter, Technau Sheeter, Flat Knife or Stitchliner.  The incumbent is also responsible for keeping the area clean and hazard free and complies with all aspects of the plant 5S and Safety programs.   Qualifications: High School Degree or GED required. Experience working in a printing production environment. Experience with digital production equipment a plus. Must be a team player. Good computer skills required. Good communication skills - written and verbal. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to communicate well with outside vendors involving logistics. Willing to work flexible hours and overtime with short notice. Works well under the pressure of deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be detailed oriented and be able to properly prioritize.
