Primary responsibilities:\n\nProvide consistent and accurate customer service to internal and external customers.\nProcess incoming and outgoing transactions for all payment types (ACH, Wires, Instant Payments, Online Banking Transactions, etc.).\nResponsible for setup and processing Positive Pay.\nBalancing, processing, and customer contact related to the bill pay platform.\nResearching payments requiring further attention, including communicating with other financial institutions where applicable\nProblem Solving various issues related to one or multiple platforms and how they interact.\nUnderstanding basic rules and regulations for various payment channels.\n\n

Your role will involve handling incoming and outgoing transactions across multiple payment types such as ACH, Wires, and Instant Payments. Additionally, you will assist in setting up Positive Pay and managing the bill pay platform while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
