Digital Platform Administrator

The Digital Platform Administrator I is the foundational role within the Marketing Communications team, responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Marketing Communications digital platforms. This role will be key to supporting the design, development, and implementation of our Team Member Portal (SharePoint) while ensuring a seamless user experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in business analytics, web-based application support, and SharePoint administration required

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps & Power Automate, and programming concepts.Strong technical aptitude with an eye for design and user experience.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.A customer-focused approach to support and problem-solving.

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with internal project team members and stakeholders on Team Member Portal requests, focusing on accurate and timely deliverables for companywide information sharing.Creates SharePoint page layouts and forms with a creative eye that provide an intuitive user experience.Creates, tests, and maintains PowerApps forms and Power Automate flows. Manages the SharePoint site inventory, ensuring new and updated site content is readily available.Assists with administrating the FTI Team Member mobile app, including adding/updating banner messages and maintaining app links.Researches new technologies, processes, and procedures to support continuous improvement professionally and within our digital platform space.Serves as Tier 1 contact for digital platform user questions, support, and training needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
