This is a non-union positionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Platform Architect to lead our Low-Code, Power Platform and Azure Data Analytics initiatives.
This role is pivotal to driving the development, integration, and optimization of our suite of products including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/ co-pilot studio), Low-Code products (Out Systems, Kore.AI, and Workato) and Azure Data Analytics.
Who you are:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Product Development:
Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to deployment. Ensure products meet business requirements and align with business goals.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Low Code platforms (OutSystems, Kore.AI, Workato), Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), and Azure Data Analytics (Databricks, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Fabric, Collibra).
Platform Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents), Low-Code (OutSystems, Kore.AI, and Workato) and Azure Data Analytics (Databricks, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Fabric, Collibra).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of product management. Engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Roadmap:
Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives. Ensure timely delivery of product updates and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Low-Code, Power Platform and Azure Data Analytics (Databricks, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Fabric, Collibra) technologies.
Data Architecture
Build principles that govern the design of components.
Build Technical Master Data Management for master records.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support for internal teams and customers. Ensure comprehensive documentation and resources are available for all users.What you will do:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Power Platform.
Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents), OutSystems, Kore.AI, and Workato. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in Azure Data Analytics tools including Databricks, Data Lake, Delta Lake, Fabric, and Collibra.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data management principles, Power Platform, Low-Code Development platforms, Citizen Development methodologies and AI principles.
Proven track record in leading product development projects, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean. Ability to work closely with other architecture disciplines across integration, data, security, application, and reporting.
Experience in implementing enterprise platforms and solutions covering broad requirements with multiple stakeholder groups.
Prefer experience implementing Power Platform, Low-Code and Azure Data Analytics solutions for large organizations.
Experience with presenting complex technical topics to executive leadership is nice to have.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
