We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role ofDigital Platform Managerworking together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

The Jobholder is responsible to lead the overall regulatory and compliance delivery for Digital Channel. This would include Global, industry and Group standards in addition to regulatory requirements.The incumbent is responsible to manage the MYH WPB compliance towards FIM and RMIT guidance including the management of risks within the Risk Framework. This would encompass any audit findings and resolutions therein, both external and internal.The incumbent shall be responsible for the digital channel regulatory and financial reporting, ensuring the information provided is accurate, complete and timely. These will include (but not limited to) Paynet and BNM reportings.Job holder is responsible to ensure customers acquired through digital channel meets the required data standards for completeness, conforming to the formats and accuracy.The incumbent is responsible for Wealth and Insurance Digital Platform deliveries working closely with Product Team to deliver the complete digital experience accordance to the Digital Customer Experience principle
