These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Job Description :
Assisting in rolling out leading practice program management services like integrated planning, benefits realization, quality assurance, decision management, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement etc.
Collaborating with senior program leadership within large scale program.
Delivering and/or assessing large complex programs or projects.
Developing and executing program and project advisory strategies and plans.
Developing responses to client proposals and drive impactful conversations with senior client leaders.
Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations and strategies to drive up client engagement value.
Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients.
Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Consulting Background is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required
Shifts 6:00pm – 3:00am
Experiences And Skills :Significant hands-on experience in Program Management and Project Assurance of large Transformation projects.
Proven experience supporting implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives.
Highly confident with implementing or performing project assessments, program gateway reviews, risk-based reviews.
PMP/PRINCE2/MSP certified preferred.
Hands experience of different delivery methodologies- Agile, Waterfall, etc. CSM/PSM certified preferred.
Understanding of core project management process area (IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tools, and industry specific applications.
Self-motivated to begin and continue tasks committed to achieving project goals.
Exceptional commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients.
Advanced analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
Strong abilities to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
Confident to effectively negotiate, problem solve, and influence through verbal and written communications.
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
