Job Description Digital Campaigns Manager, Digital Merchandising Candidate can be located with in driving distance of one of the locations below. Job Summary: As a Digital Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the digital, promotional campaigns and content calendar, bringing compelling digital campaigns to our customers through our app(s) and website(s). This role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit with solid eCommerce, marketing and/or merchandising experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Support the development of app & web digital merchandising promotional campaigns including seasonal launches, major shopping holidays, and product launches, to align with business goals and drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Monitor campaign health and performance through analytics and key metrics, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and team; with a focus on increasing campaign conversion, revenue, and basket size. Analyze site data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for holistic improvement and optimization of digital merchandising and content strategies. Remain abreast of competitive landscape and proactively integrate learnings into promotional campaign strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and garner marketing channel support. Act as a business partner to Marketing in supporting strategies and initiatives designed to enhance our overall web presence, define our market position, maximize our loyalty programs, and leverage our digital solutions. Manage promotional campaign timelines and communicate milestones and deliverables to immediate and cross-functional teams, maintaining campaign schedules, and working through roadblocks as they arise. Support the strategy and execution of monetizing promotional campaigns, delivering relevance to customers through sponsored, CPG products. Partake in quality assurance processes for each promotional campaign to ensure delivery of a perfect, consumer facing campaign. Drive the curation of promotional campaign merchandising content such as recipes or firework videos to inspire and delight customers. Skills and Requirements QUALIFICATION: - Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. - 4-7 years of experience in digital merchandising, digital content strategy & creation, or related field. - Strong understanding of e-commerce, merchandising, and customer behavior, and digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email. - Experience developing and executing channel-specific digital merchandising and content strategies. - Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organizational skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and deliver with stellar time management skills; proven proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with A/B testing and user research tools preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. - Familiarity with Figma preferred. - Familiarity with BloomReach or other search engine tools preferred. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
