Trane Technologies is seeking a talented and creative Digital Product Designer to join our rapidly growing team of creatives. As a Product Designer, you will report to the Director of Design and UX and work on digital products for Trane Commercial/Residential HVAC, Thermo King, American Standard Heating and Air, RunTru by Trane, and Ameristar by American Standard. You will be part of a tight-knit team of designers, developers, and content creators, and you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including the marketing team, product managers, customer experience, and software engineering.

Where is the work:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week) based out of Davidson, NC.
What you will do:
Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital products and websites Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that all designs are feasible and meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and share work for review Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines for the company Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniqueWhat you will bring:
Strong portfolio of product design work Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Experience designing for the web and mobile platforms Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage relationships and interactions with stakeholders 3-5 years experience
Compensation:
Annual base compensation: $82,550 – 109,500
