Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop team of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional areaAct as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environmentLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterpriseDeliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinkingCoordinate highly complex activities and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impactStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadershipEngage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the businessIdentify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business lineMake decisions and resolve issues regarding prioritizatin, content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and proceduresCollaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managersInteract directly with external customersManage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional areaMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of digital product management experience2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher. MBA preferred but not requiredDemonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or serviceAbility to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final productExperience leading major online customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launchesStrong relationship development skillsAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team membersAbility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goalsExperience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industriesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
