Transforming Marketing Strategies with Technology, Data, and InnovationAs the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the priorities, requirements, and execution of the digital product strategy that supports Home Hardware's business goals for its marketing initiatives. Led by the Director, Omni- Channel Marketing this opportunity will suit someone who has had proven success driving digital projects and has a keen eye for great UX/UI. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how: In partnership with the Director of Omni-Channel Marketing, build and deliver against Home Hardware’s multi-year marketing technology roadmap. Lead product, experience design, and documentation Team Members to effectively solve marketing challenges that elevate Home’s overall brand and customer engagement in the digital space.Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers' needs and journeys, and how they interact with our marketing technology, including eCommerce platforms. Use these insights to inform product decisions and strategies.Collaborate company-wide with stakeholders to define customer and Dealer-centric solutions that support both in-store and online business growth.Oversee all phases of product delivery in close collaboration with IT and primary stakeholders. Implement and continually improve processes.Oversee the integration and optimization of eCommerce technologies to enhance the online shopping experience. Ensure seamless interaction between marketing initiatives and eCommerce platforms.Lead the development and execution of technology-driven promotional campaigns. Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaign performance across various channels.Manage the implementation and optimization of email marketing and content marketing tools and oversee the integration of social media. We’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, ideally focused on marketing technology platforms in a retail or transactional environment.Proven track record with direct experience working with developers and designers.Possess an eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices.Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer-centric approaches.Experience with eCommerce platforms and their integration with marketing technologies.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, analytics).The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
