Contribute to the product transformation by identifying opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness through AI/ML-driven solutions. + Unlock CRM Potential: Utilize CRM tools like Dynamics and Salesforce to extract valuable insights and fuel data-driven sales strategies. Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and analysis is highly valued. As part of the product transformation, explore new ways to leverage CRM data and AI/ML to personalize customer interactions and improve sales performance. + Transform Customer Relationships: Identify and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance customer relationship management, personalize customer interactions, and boost customer satisfaction. Contribute to the product transformation by developing innovative solutions that leverage AI/ML to enhance the customer experience. + Empower Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with sales objectives. Participate in the product transformation by providing insights into how AI/ML solutions can best support the evolving needs of sales teams. **Qualifications:** + **Required:** 7+ years of proven experience in digital product management, with a successful track record of launching and scaling digital products, particularly within the financial services industry. Experience working in organizations undergoing product transformation is highly desired. + **Preferred:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance). Master's degree is a plus. **Essential Skills:** + **Analytical Acumen:** Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges. + **Communication Excellence:** Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationships. + **Collaborative Spirit:** Exhibit the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + **AI/ML Expertise:** Possess a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in financial services. + **CRM Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) is essential for the Sales Enablement role. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. + **Credit Process Knowledge:** Knowledge of credit underwriting and origination processes is a plus for the Commercial Credit roles. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like nCino, Fiserv LOS (Loan Origination System), Solifi, and Black Knight. + **Systems and Technologies:** Experience with relevant systems and technologies used in Commercial Banking, such as Fiserv Loan Origination System, Black Knight Empower, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a strong asset. + **Adaptability and Innovation:** Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
