Digital Product Manager - Mobile Apps - Vice President

As a Product Manager in Employee Experience: Mobile you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. The Employee Experience Mobile team is accountable for building the strategy and delivering the mobile app. portfolio for our 350,000 employees, globally. Working iteratively through the product process we will assess, build, and deliver a series of mobile applications across a variety of personas from our branch employees, corporate headquarter employees, to Very Important Persons (VIP) and guests to ensure that their day is as productive and stress-free as possible. We will collaborate with myriad teams across JPMorgan Chase to deliver a cohesive and seamless customer experience. **Job responsibilities** + Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers + Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap + Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition + Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability + Possesses a strong technical curiosity. Should be curious in how the app functions today, seeking to uncover areas to improve. Focus should extend beyond User Interface enhancements to understand the foundational inner workings of the application + Craft, socialize, and garner buy-in on the mobile strategy for Managing My Day + Manage a product roadmap for both iOS and Android binaries while also managing to all major breakpoints: mobile, tablet, wearable + Collaborate with our Human Resources and Security partners to drive personalization and customization safely and securely **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area + Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics + Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization + Mobile App Product experience JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
