**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented Project Manager – Information Technology to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our corporate office in Columbus, IN. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** **Driving Project Success** : By leading multiple projects from start to finish, you’ll ensure that each project meets its objectives and delivers value to the organization. **Strategic Planning** : Facilitating project planning sessions with stakeholders will help define clear project scopes and objectives, setting a strong foundation for success. **Performance Management** : Establishing and tracking performance goals will keep projects on track and ensure they meet business expectations. **Issue Resolution** : Identifying and resolving project issues promptly will minimize disruptions and keep projects moving forward smoothly. **Effective Communication** : Regularly updating the project team and stakeholders on status will foster transparency and collaboration. **Risk Management** : Using quality tools to identify and mitigate risks will protect projects from potential setbacks and ensure successful outcomes. **Knowledge Sharing** : Documenting and sharing learnings with other teams will enhance overall project efficiency and success across the organization. **Team Development** : Guiding and coaching team members, while providing developmental feedback, will build a strong, capable team that can tackle any project challenge. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** **Financial Acumen** : Use your understanding of financial indicators to make informed business decisions that drive project success and align with organizational goals. **Business Insight** : Apply your knowledge of the business landscape to advance the organization’s objectives, ensuring that projects contribute to broader business strategies. **Effective Communication** : Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring everyone is on the same page. **Customer Focus** : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering solutions that meet their needs and enhance their satisfaction. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Experience:** + College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. + This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. + Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required. **Additional Responsibilities:** + Works with the cross-functional teams to define a clear vision, strategy and business models, and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve plans + Develop and effectively prioritize the backlog of digital features that guide the agile development of the product line extensions that maximizes business results + Manages the 12 month rolling product roadmap, which is used to communicate what, why and when to the broad stakeholder groups + Ability to translate market requirements into digital features and stories to guide development + Key member of a matrixed Product Team responsible for the overall health and success of the digital product line **Additional Skills:** + Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools to define customer, market, and regional personas and needs + Ability to understand key activities and issues in software product development to effectively translate and communicate to the business, market and development teams stakeholders + Ability to quickly learn new product management approaches and tools in an Agile product development environment **Compensation** Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
