Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Digital Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including business, design, and technical teams, to elicit and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and mobile product capabilities
* Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that all user stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with the overall product strategy
* User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional requirements, complete with clear acceptance criteria for the development team
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to ensure that requirements are feasible, fully understood, and meet both business objectives and technical constraints
* Commerce-Focused Features: Analyze and define features related to eCommerce functionality, including checkout processes, payment gateways, product catalogs, user accounts, and mobile shopping experiences
* Agile Development Support: Work within an agile framework, participate in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and ensure that development work aligns with business goals
* Prioritization: Collaborate with the product manager to prioritize the backlog based on business needs, user feedback, and technical considerations
* User Experience Focus: Understand and analyze the customer journey to recommend product improvements that enhance the mobile shopping experience
* Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure that delivered features meet the defined requirements and user expectations
