You will collaborate across internal teams to develop features which deliver our business goals. This role is a full product life-cycle from gathering requirements, to refining the experience, and measurements of change to ensure improvement is being made. You will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure the sales journey aligns with the business strategy and continues to innovate on experience best practices in digital. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Assists with creating requirements with input across cross-functional team (UX, Content, Program, Analytics, Digital Sales, Product Marketing, Brand). + Partners with Engineering and Program teams to manage the Product roadmap and prioritize the backlog for digital product enhancements, ensuring that the team delivers business value-driven capabilities, on time and per specification. + Oversees requirements for solution design, writes user stories, actively manages feature development (refinements/grooming and planning sessions), and provides requirements for user acceptance testing. + Actively communicates with cross-functional team on features they are managing while in development and provides updates on performance. + Comfortable leading story mapping and user journey mapping sessions with solution designers and technology architects Actively engages with the executive product team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential opportunities. + Attends daily Scrum standup ceremonies as well as runs refinement sessions, an active participant in sprint retrospectives, and runs standup + Along with backlog prioritization, sets sprint goals based on business objectives and the work that is needed to deliver key business goals + Partners with analytics and research teams to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity to meet customer needs. + Provides product support by developing documentation and assists in training content management teams on how to properly implement and maintain newly developed Sitecore components. + Develops strong relationships to deliver a superior customer experience. + Communicates feature status and performance metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis. + Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
