Education & Experience 

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field ( or equivalent experience)

 Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, or support for a digital platform.

Familiarity with providing Level 1 technical support and escalating issues when necessary.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

 Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM, workflow, or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Other Skills and Attributes 

Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.

Passion for digital, technology and customer success

Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
