Digital Production Artist 

 

About the role:

In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist. You are a team player able to work collaboratively with Creative Production team members, eCommerce and other cross functional partners to deliver high-quality photography assets to help drive site conversion and meet business objectives. As a Digital Production Artist, you will be charged with file prep and optimization of photography files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn’s photography standards down to the smallest detail.

In this role you will:

• Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets.

• Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.

• Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches. 

• Monitor website and resolve issues.

• Anticipate workload challenges. Maintain communication with digital partners ensuring timely file deliveries.

We are excited about you because:

• You have 2+ years of experience working on a digital asset production team for an eCommerce brand

• You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Exel; Fluency in Adobe XD and Invision a plus

• You possess outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• You adapt to changing timelines and deliverables. 

 

The expected starting pay range for this position is $33-36 per hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
