Digital Production Designer
Job Description
MillerKnoll is seeking a skilled In-House High-End Product Image Retouching and Texture Wrapping Specialist to join our Creative Studio's production team within Technology Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw studio images into highly polished, professional-quality visuals that align with our brand's aesthetic and image standards. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Studio's Asset Management, Content Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure all images adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain the high standards that resonate with our target audience.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Multimedia, visual communication, or equivalent in related fields such as Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with 5 or more years of experience in Image retouching, product retouching, compositing.Proven experience as a photo/product re-toucher or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom, Knowledge of 3D rendering software and CGI integration is a plus.Should be detail oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional problems with intuitive problem-solving techniques.Highly self-motivated and organized to achieve the monthly product release cycles.Good communication skills verbal and written (English).Strong team collaboration skills to work efficiently across departments and with remote teams.Should be willing to be flexible in terms of working shifts (12.00 pm to 9.00pm IST)MillerKnoll provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws, and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
