What You Will Do:
Support ongoing program management initiatives to achieve cross-team effectiveness and efficiency, such as refining workflows and processes, documenting SOPs, and monitoring reports/dashboards to mitigate program risks and assess program improvement opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional, cross-team decision-making and work with workstream leads and client stakeholders to align on priorities Leverage and refine agile best practices in day-to-day operations to execute the program roadmap and achieve overall client goalsGather and synthesize requirements and coordinate cross-team efforts for government stage gate reviewsWork with cross-functional teams to prepare presentations for monthly executive steering committee and RAID (risk, assumptions, issues, decisions) meetingsSupport the formalized process of PI scope definition, work planning across sprints, and client review/approval for implementation vendor.Support program retrospective planning, implementation, and follow throughsSupport requirements gathering, review, and approval for new website features across the Digital ModernizationTrack and report on the migration of remaining legacy content into the new CMS and site design templates; review and verify that content has migrated to requirementsSupport requirements gathering and implementation of a learning management system (LMS)Schedule and review demo’s for the CMS and new websiteDocument review and approval of use guides written to support client use of the new websiteDevelopment of executive level briefsDevelopment and maintenance of Jira dashboards to report on program delivery / progress; Collect data and consistently update / maintain a program-level metrics reportWhat You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree is requiredMinimum THREE (3) years of Experience with dashboard visualization software (e.g., Power BI) Experience synthesizing client needs into business requirementsDevelop MS Office resources including PowerPoints, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets Experience with agile program/project management Ability to work overtime required on occasion Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to communicate clearly in writingExcellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with a content management system, preferably DrupalGeneral understanding of 508-complianceExperience with a learning management systemExperience working directly with client stakeholders Experience with Jira
