The Role
We are looking for a Digital Program Manager to join our new and rapidly growing Digital CS team. As automation and AI capabilities advance, digital is the fastest growing area of Customer Success and is at the heart of Proofpoint’s CS strategy in 2025. We are using data to serve customers with timely, in-the-moment information to guide them towards maximizing the value they derive from our partnership. You will be taking ownership of our digital strategy for Proofpoint’s Data Loss Prevention product suite, worth $400M in ARR. The customer journeys and communication strategies you design will help customers to adopt best practices, understand the value they’ve received & gain visibility into our roadmap innovations. All of these outreaches have an end goal of increasing renewal and expansion rates.
This is a highly strategic position with an opportunity to be at the heart of building something new & working with a broad set of cross functional leaders.
Your day-to-day
Partner with an array of leaders within your product set to curate priorities for outreach, based on latest themes within the customer baseUse this information to design complex customer journey maps, leaning on automation to guide customers seamlessly through their experience with ProofpointConfigure and deploy these campaigns in our CS CRM platform (Totango), in partnership with our CS operations teamConstantly test, measure and iterate on your touchpoints to maximize efficacy over timeEnsure enablement and alignment with key account teams, including sales, SE, high touch CSMs, TAMs and othersBe at the forefront of implementing technology enhancements & building processes to drive the team forward beyond the immediate remit of your product setWhat you bring to the team
