Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Project Manager in New Jersey. The selected individual will be involved in a variety of tasks such as project management, maintaining timelines, leading projects, and overseeing client budgets within the industry. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project briefs for internal departments. • Ensure efficient management of project timelines. • Lead the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and time constraints. • Maintain constant communication with team members to identify and resolve issues that may affect project delivery. • Regularly update status reports for both internal teams and clients. • Support the finance team in developing estimates and overseeing client budgets. • Approve vendor invoices based on approved estimates and submit to manager for approval. • Collaborate closely with Account Team, Creative Team, and Operations Team. • Lead client status and project-specific discussions/presentations. • Review program documentation for outside vendors. • Attend client meetings or live programs as needed. 02720-0013115239 Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, a tool for project management and issue tracking. • Understanding of Backend Development to manage the server-side of web applications. • Experience with Cloud Technologies, including infrastructure, storage, and software services. • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management and updates. • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage company's interactions with current and potential customers. • Demonstrated experience in AB Testing to optimize website performance and user experience. • Proven ability in Agile Scrum methodology for project management. • Ability to develop and increase Brand Awareness through various marketing strategies. • Experience in Campaign Planning for marketing and promotional initiatives. • Capacity to manage Deliverables within specified deadlines and quality standards.
