Description We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry, located in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering projects across our health system. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will work closely with various teams to coordinate, document, and monitor project activities. Your ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical individuals will be key to achieving project milestones. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison for project requestors, ensuring thorough understanding of project requirements. • Utilize your expertise in digital and web technologies to steer project strategy and execution. • Collaborate with creative teams and Scrum Master to set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Apply agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor digital and web projects efficiently. • Oversee management tasks when projects are led by third-party teams. • Develop and manage a project charter and plan, ensuring various workstreams remain on schedule and target dates for key milestones are met. • Use the Jira platform to document and track project requests, ensuring information accuracy and completeness. • Analyze project metrics and performance data to identify trends, evaluate risks, and make data-driven decisions. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables. • Monitor project resources and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Organize project meetings, workshops, and reviews to provide updates, insights, and recommendations. • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and deviations from project plans. • Communicate project statuses, updates, and decisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring feedback loop completion. • Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, managing expectations effectively. • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking. • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) for managing and modifying digital content. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer data and interactions. • Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies to optimize digital campaigns and interfaces. • Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies for executing complex digital projects. • Track record of building Brand Awareness through effective digital strategies. • Experience in Campaign Planning and execution in the digital healthcare space. • Ability to manage and deliver project Deliverables on time and within budget.
