We endeavor to maintain a drug-free workplace. **Position Summary** The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) is a robust project solutions support team with the goals of implementing the Digital standardized project management methodology across all departments to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in project delivery, with a focus on proactive risk management and optimal resource allocation to align projects with strategic business goals. This remote team consists of US and India-based team members, and our team is eager to grow our talented team in India. The purpose of the India-based PMO team is to support Huron’s Digital (India and US) businesses with standardized project management and ensure consistent quality of project delivery. The Project Manager at a Consulting Manager level will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closing of various projects within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success **Responsibilities** A successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and management to our projects and programs ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. + Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects including planning, execution, monitoring, & closure. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. + Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. + Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, and deliverables. + Adherence to Project and Organization Processes. + Ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects + Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. **Position Requirements** + Good understanding in PMP concepts and able to apply during project execution + Have delivered at least 2 end to end projects in project management capacity. + Identify areas of improvement and work with delivery team to improve. + Good experience in managing and implementing organization Quality assurance process across the Organization. + Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff). + Experience in detail Project review and Project compliance audit. + Able to understand the business requirements and define WBS accordingly. + Have knowledge and working experience with Project management, Agile, Risk management etc. + Desired Project management experience with SF or WD implementation in PM role. + Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. + An ability to think creatively and apply strong problem-solving skills, driving issues to resolution. + Experience in handling PMO activities for an account or a client. + Sound understanding of different aspects of PMO like project management practices, agile project delivery, client coordination, co-ordination with support groups like resourcing, Human resources, talent acquisition, etc. + Experience in capturing reporting requirements from senior management and developing automated or manual reports. + Willingness to travel up to 50%. **Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), and Background** · Proficient in project management methodology, Agile. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. · Adept at stakeholder management and conflict resolution. · Knowledge of Project financials, Schedule, Scope, Risk, Delivery management. · Experience with Project Management tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet). · Experience in Salesforce, Workday - HCM or Financials is highly preferred. **Education Background** + BE/BTECH/MBA in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. + 8 years or more hands on experience in IT Consulting & Services + 5-6 years of experience in Project Management + Foundational certificate in Workday - HCM or Financials preferred + Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), CSM is highly desirable. + Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Project Management) are a plus. **Posting Category** Generalist **Opportunity Type** Regular **Country** India At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
