Digital Project Manager
Description We are in search of a Digital Project Manager to join our team in the Advertising industry, located in New Jersey. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing various projects, utilizing tools like Basecamp and Atlassian Jira, and coordinating events. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, providing support during a busy period. Responsibilities: • Oversee the execution of digital advertising projects from inception to completion • Utilize cloud technologies and CRM to effectively manage projects and maintain client databases • Employ Agile Scrum methodology to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration • Handle event coordination and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timeline • Use tools such as Basecamp and Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks • Engage in budget processes to ensure projects remain within financial parameters • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients • Operate EO/IR systems to support project goals and objectives • Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and project management • Support construction-related projects, when necessary, employing your expertise in the field 02720-0013118773 Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira to manage project requirements and track progress efficiently. • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies for seamless project execution and data storage. • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for effective client interaction and relationship building. • Ability to work with databases for project data management and reporting. • Knowledge of EO/IR systems to understand and meet project specifications. • Familiarity with 'About Time' software for efficient time and project management. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely manner. • Understanding of budget processes to effectively manage project costs. • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and concise correspondence among team members. • Familiarity with construction processes and standards, relevant in the context of advertising projects.
