What You’ll Do
The Digital QA Analyst is responsible for contributing to the testing effort on multiple areas of the software development life cycle. This includes testing e-commerce websites and other web or native applications to ensure that they function properly and efficiently. Other duties include working with cross-functional teams to ensure proper testing coverage of any new code prior to being deployed.
How you will contribute:
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright with TypeScript Create, document, and execute manual test plans to validate releases across multiple platforms and devices Conduct testing on e-commerce platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute and validate test cases based on specified requirements Provide administrative support, requirements gathering and ticket management Identify, report, and track defects using a Jira Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance other duties may be assignedYou will have:
3+ years’ experience on a QA team working with e-commerce applications 3+ years’ experience with an automation framework such as Playwright or Selenium Strong ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills, as well as strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills Strong technical understanding of web and mobile technologies Must be a self-starter with ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in both an individual and team-based environment Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple job tasks simultaneously and meet agreed-upon deadlinesWe Got You Covered!

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE)
