Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Reporting Analyst with a strong focus on web analytics and digital marketing performance reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other digital analytics platforms. Your insights will drive data-informed decisions, improve marketing strategies, and help measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain digital marketing reports and dashboards using Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other reporting tools to track website performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Analyze digital marketing data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, email campaigns, social media, CRM data) to identify key trends, patterns, and performance anomalies. Collaborate with marketing teams to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure reporting aligns with marketing objectives and business goals. Support data-driven decision-making by conducting in-depth analysis of digital campaign performance, user behavior, and customer journeys across digital channels (website, email, social, paid ads). Optimize reporting processes by automating and streamlining reporting workflows, ensuring that reports are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital analytics tools and best practices, providing guidance on data collection, reporting methodologies, and dashboard creation. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to marketing, product, and business stakeholders through presentations and reports, highlighting key findings and actionable strategies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics for web and eCommerce reporting, including setting up goals, funnels, and custom reports. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting, including email performance tracking, customer journey analysis, and campaign reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive digital marketing strategies. Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present digital performance data in a clear, digestible format for stakeholders. Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics that drive digital marketing success, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital data and performance metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Eagerness to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics, digital marketing, and reporting tools.

Salary Range: $96,276.67 to $128,368.90

Bonus Potential: 10%
