The Digital Sales Coordinator is an entry level position that will assist Advertising Sales Management and Media Consultants in the preparation of presentations, research, reports and general clerical duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares research information for specific requests and general sales information.Maintains and updates product information, ensuring availability of current material.Prepares campaign reports monthly and as neededAdministrative/Data EntryEffectively manage time/prioritize tasksProactively determine needs within the teamCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Other Qualifications:

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
