・営業目標を達成する
・デジタルツールを最大限に活用して、アカウントチームと連携しながら直販およびパートナとの協業により、HPEの顧客内シェアを拡大する
・顧客のビジネス戦略や課題を深く理解し、顧客にとってHPEが戦略的パートナに位置づけられるようする
・顧客の課題を解決するため、付加価値の高いITソリューションの提案、交渉、クロージングをリードする

【必要経験と知識】
・3年以上のIT営業の経験 (メーカー、Sier等問わず)
・顧客および社内とのコミュニケーション能力
・プレゼンテーション/ファシリテーションスキル
・ITインフラ全般の知識 (サーバ、ネットワーク、ストレージ、基盤関連のソフトウェア)
・HPEの製品および業務知識(あれば尚可)
【その他(Want)】
•英語力 (海外への顧客アテンド、顧客の海外展開への支援など)
