**Contract Type: 7 months Fixed-term** (end date in September)

**Position Summary:**
This position will hold responsibility for supporting the Sales Team in the below described essential Duties & Responsibilities.
This position will also hold responsibility for nurturing and supporting new and existing business throughout The Central Europe Region for the Bio-Techne Portfolio with focus on industrial accounts (Pharma, Biotech, CRO), managed from the DACH Headquarters in Wiesbaden.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Design of information and sales documents
+ Elaboration of offers
+ Conception and realization of mailings and newsletters
+ Implementation of social media campaigns
+ Contact maintenance in the CRM system
+ Creating customer/company list and database maintenance
+ Market observation and competitor analysis
+ Planning and execution of meetings and events
+ Support of the sales management and the sales department
+ preparation of quotations
+ Data check and data maintenance in the ERP system
+ Planning and organization of sales activities as well as monitoring and analysis of sales campaigns
+ Creation of analyses and reports
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in biology or similar related field and fluent German
+ completed training as office administrator
+ Possess basic IT skills; including experience of working with databases, Office Outlook, using Excel and Word are essential
+ Fluent in English knowledge
+ Located in or near Wiesbaden with a right to work in the EU
