Position Summary:
This position will hold responsibility for supporting the Sales Team in the below described essential Duties & Responsibilities.
This position will also hold responsibility for nurturing and supporting new and existing business throughout The Central Europe Region for the Bio-Techne Portfolio with focus on industrial accounts (Pharma, Biotech, CRO), managed from the DACH Headquarters in Wiesbaden.

Design of information and sales documentsElaboration of offersConception and realization of mailings and newslettersImplementation of social media campaignsContact maintenance in the CRM systemCreating customer/company list and database maintenanceMarket observation and competitor analysisPlanning and execution of meetings and eventsSupport of the sales management and the sales departmentpreparation of quotationsData check and data maintenance in the ERP systemPlanning and organization of sales activities as well as monitoring and analysis of sales campaignsCreation of analyses and reportsMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in biology or similar related field and fluent Germancompleted training as office administratorPossess basic IT skills; including experience of working with databases, Office Outlook, using Excel and Word are essentialFluent in English knowledgeLocated in or near Wiesbaden with a right to work in the EUPersonal Qualities and attributes:
