Thank you for your interest in Lumeris. **Position:** Digital Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist **Position Summary:** Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI), formerly Datorama, including the oversight of the marketing automation and reporting tools. As the Essence Healthcare organization enhances the MarTech stack, adding in tools designed to utilize predictive actions to increase conversions with a more omnichannel approach to marketing automation and offering greater end-to-end visibility into the data via the MCI reporting platform, they are seeking a specialist with experience in both marketing and marketing technology to execute and report on the company’s digital marketing strategy using SFMC tools. This role will also serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact internally for SFMC. **Job Description:** **Primary Responsibilities** + Support SFMC processes, including but not limited to creating campaigns, building journeys, maintaining data extensions, carrying out A/B testing, and developing audience segmentations and lists + Maintain the SFMC and MCI platforms for seamless operational use + Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve requests for issues for teams using SFMC, including working closely with the SFMC support team + Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (IT, creative services, Salesforce CRM, technology, security, etc.) + Contribute to the creation of prospective customer, customer, and broker communications in alignment with our digital marketing strategy for use in marketing automations, ad hoc email communications, and more + Maintain data hygiene within the SFMC and MCI tools + Build and maintain custom reporting dashboards within MCI + Report regularly on the performance of marketing automations, advertising campaigns, email communications, and more using SFMC and MCI insights. + Manage data sources and other integrations with SFMC and MCI + Monitor ongoing marketing automations and ad hoc campaigns with an eye toward optimization + Maintain standard operating procedures including consistent naming conventions, campaign standards and more **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, technology or related field preferred + 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience + Experience using reporting dashboard tools (MCI experience preferred) + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Impressive organizational and time management skills + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills + Ability to think analytically and develop actionable insights + Good collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across the organization + Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment + Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and MCI (Datorama) certifications preferred + Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Health Cloud preferred + Experience with SQL, Ampscript, and HTML/CSS preferred **Working Conditions** + While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions. **Disclaimer** The job description describes the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.
