ABOUT THE JOB

The SAP Reporting & Analytics CoE team must strengthen its expertise to support both the BUILD and RUN phases of the new global finance data warehouse, which is increasingly integrated with manufacturing and supply operations and becoming more critical to the business. Additionally, the team will coordinate the analytics component of the core SAP rollout program. Beyond these responsibilities, the team ensures the consistency of legacy SAP BI platforms, serving as subject matter experts for application and platform owners throughout the entire lifecycle of these systems. The Digital SAP M&S Analytics Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP BI services, ensuring they meet the required quality and cost standards, enabling the BI strategy, and contributing to the development of that strategy. 

In this role, you will autonomously manage BI activities, including projects, vendor management, delivery, and technical solutions.

ABOUT YOU

Master project methodology (Agile methodology knowledge/certification is a plus)Over 12 years of expertise in SAP analytics, with more than 4 years of international experience focused on Manufacturing and Supply Analytics Reporting scenarios.Is responsible for challenging vendor proposals, Establish a trusted and strong relationship with the Business and the VendorPromotes and increases the use of innovative technologies, extending the scope to AI use casesIs the point of contact for M&S Analytics topics in the context of core SAP Analytics deploymentManages internal and external Reporting and Analytics experts for delivering POC using SAP BI technologies

Duties & Responsibilities

1.    General

Assessing improvement opportunities and developing new opportunities to deliver more customer valueAssesses customer needs and provides effective solutions through regular analysis of data and information reported from a broad variety of sources.Assesses progress made against projects, financial targets, and policy implementations to reach individual or team goals.Sensitive to the broader work environment and fosters relationships with partners, experts from other functions, and customers to achieve tactical objectives.

2.    Delivery

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery quality for all analytics execution.Coordinates the delivery process and leads the internal team members/ external consultantsDefines solution architecture based on standard usages and end-user needsManages escalations

3.    Project management 

Coordination of all stakeholdersActivity follows upRisk management (mitigation and solutions).

4.     Mastering BI landscape

Define strategic BI landscape with architecture and basis teamDefine and implement the proper analytics solutionsMonitoring critical componentsCoordinates usages of regulatory implementation (SOX or GxP)

5.     Main interactions 

With Business: for business requirements support and leverage the toolsBasis team: ensures connectivity to all SAPs and helps components setup, to manage the housekeeping activities in SAP Warehouse context.iSHIFT team: Coordinates iSHIFT analytics rollout.Vendor: manage project team and deliveries

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

Describe the hard and soft (behavioral) skills required for this position:

Strong hands-on skills in SAP Analytics (SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, Analysis for office).Strong hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics (CDS Views, Fiori etc.).Strong knowledge of SAP modules(MM, PP, QM, SD, PM, WM, EWM, etc) for Industrial processes F2P(Forecast to Plan), P2D(Project to decommission), P2M(Manage to Manufacture), MQU(Quality), P2R(Procure to Receive), etc. Additional technical knowledge of non-SAP Analytic solutions (Snowflake, PowerBI) would be highly appreciated.Experience of using out-of-the-box AI Capabilities provided by SAP.Ability to manage internal and external teams.Excellent communication skills.Language requirements: Professional English.Experience in international projects.Positive and proactive mindset to propose solutions aligned with Analytics strategy.Agile knowledge and experience.

Qualifications 

Education level/degree/certification(s) required for this position = Master level /EngineerMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar positionPharmaceutical industry experience is a plus12+ experience SAP Analytics expertiseExperience of regulated environments (GxP, SOX, GPDR)
