Job DescriptionReporting to our Senior Production Director, you will take a hands-on approach to creative and technical aspects of a project. Your role will require communication between Senior Staff, Creative Directors and the project Producers, to ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects.
Main responsibilities
High level of ability at every stage of the retouch process; from image preparation, low res/high res comps to final color and prep for delivery (digital, but print a bonus).Composite retouch multi-part elements with high levels of skill and understanding of lighting, scale, perspective, focus, realism, color balancing, and grain structure.Lead the delivery of projects, from the concept/pitching stage to final client delivery.·Management and building of 2D team and associated resources on projects.Close collaboration with the Retouching Director and freelancers to directly work within the team.You will focus on Photoshop retouching, working to strict methodology and managing the final creative quality of all projects produced.Passionate for new technology, use of new-to-market AI tools.QualificationsFluent in professional English and Spanish4+ years of professional experience in photographic retouching & post-production for all fields of print and digital advertising.Expert use of Adobe Photoshop.Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.Deep interest in photography, visual effects, and production.
