Responsibilities 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday Starting Pay $17/HR Now hiring for a Digital Cell Sensor Production Cell Operator at our plant in Corona, CA. In this role you will be responsible for the following: Assemble sensors for fire and gas detectors using hand tools. Operate Dot ping serialization, and OSHA approved Pneumatic cap presses. Operate optical infrared temperature measuring equipment for setting metal oxide semi-conductor films. Work with cell lead to maintain stock bins for adequate supplies of subassemblies and parts. Perform testing as required using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Perform visual inspection to determine if parts meet quality standards. Identify assembly problems and make minor repairs. Utilize and refer to drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications to perform assembly operation. Complete and maintain relevant paperwork and input information in computer system. Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Capable of following all procedures set forth to ensure the highest quality products possible. Proven ability to read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures. Ability to visually and mentally concentrate for prolonged periods of time. Strong manual dexterity for use of tools and performing work on small components requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness under a microscope. Ability to sometimes perform work that requires magnification under a microscope and distinguish among different color coatings on wires. Proven ability to use power and hand tools, and custom tooling. Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within the organization including training of new associates and temporary agency assignments. Ability to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs. Safety Equipment Required : Safety glasses ANSI Z87 approved Other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis Physical Demands Required: Light lifting, standing, sitting pulling/pushing carts weighing 25-75 lbs.
