Digital Service Owner – Transportation Systems
This critical position will own the project to migrate existing TMS systems to our new system. Once the system is implemented in North America, the system will be a product managed by the Digital team (led by this position) and rollout out globally. The focus of this role will be to go from implementation to a product / solution that is expanded and managed by a digital team in close partnership with the global leaders in supply chain and transportation management. This position will have direct reports.
What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts, providing guidance and support for delivery and performance.Formulate and define the scope and objectives of product initiatives through research, industry knowledge, and key stakeholder inputs.Act as the primary stakeholder in overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of specific application services within the organization.Manage application services with a focus on addressing business and customer needs effectively.Serve as a single point of accountability for the delivery and performance of application services, ensuring they align with organizational goals.Actively participate in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) processes that support and enable application services.Collaborate closely with the Business Engagement Leader (BEL) and the Enterprise Architect (EA) to align business and technology roadmaps.This position is based in St. Paul, MN as a hybrid work schedule but we are open to Naperville, Ill as well
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of work experience2 years of experience in developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results within a transportation management system4 years of experience in managing othersExperience leading teams and providing coaching to associates.Experience working with leadership and stakeholders in a high paced environmentNo immigration sponsorship available for this position.Preferred Qualifications:
