A Digital Signal Processing Engineer job is available with our client in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role you will be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development and test of specialized solutions that are used by our warfighters worldwide on patrol in hostile environments, whether urban, canyon, mountains, or jungles - or even the Arctic Circle. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US Citizenship is required.

***Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time***

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be a member of a cross functional team responsible for development and test of specialized solutions that are used by our warfighters worldwide.
* Maintain the current live system.
* Help add new capabilities, enhancements and replaces end of life components.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
* Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
* Embedded real-time operating systems (VxWorks, Integrity, PetaLinux)
* C++ programing experience.
* Experienced with C++ constructs, classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, operator overloading
* Development and Execution of real-time C++ in Linux environment
* Experience with Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) Ettus Software Defined Radio
* Experience with Digital Signal Processing using C++ libraries for FFT
* Experience with MATLAB
* Ability to lead the software development process.
* Agile experience preferred.
* Experience with use of Intel compiler and utilizing optimizations is a Plus
* Experience with deploying DSP components into a container environment is a Plus
