Job Description

Moving mountains together – as Digital Site Transformation Manager (all genders), you are leading the site digitalization team for Ludwigshafen Operations in a sustainable way. You are responsible for a holistic analysis of manufacturing processes and for identifying new business-relevant digitalization trends and technologies.

 

Your main responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive digitalization strategy and drive decisions on new digitalization projects with the site leadership teamLead the site digitalization team and digitalization initiatives effectively, including escalation and resolution of project issuesResponsibility  for all projects to increase the level of digitalization and data usage in manufacturing and quality Responsibility for holistic analysis of manufacturing processes and  identifying new opportunities for improvements to promote data usage and digital changeTransfer knowledge and provide guidance on best practices and procedures related to digital transformationConceive end-to-end solutions along the supply chain and support their implementation in IT projects in existing environments (SAP, …) Represent the site in global digitalization expert groups
Qualifications

How you move mountains:

Master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, alternatively in manufacturing of a global matrix organization industryProven experience in managing digitalization projects and driving digital transformationStrong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes in the industry Experience in working effectively across different cultures and in a complex matrix environment Strong leadership skills and solution orientation Good understanding of business needs and the impact of regulatory issuesDemonstrated success in negotiation
